What we do

As facilitators, we help clients make progress more easily. Our facilitation approach is based on a single unifying concept, the InTheZone™ Advantage, which provides a competitive advantage to our clients and represents a competitive advantage for all who join our firm. Organizations and facilitators InTheZone™ are characterized by people who are passionate, optimistic, energetic, confident, proud of where they work and fully engaged with their families and communities.

For 18 years, we have been astonishing grateful clients, primarily in three sectors:

• Financial and professionals
  
• Education, employment and competitiveness-building
  
• Health care.

Through our design and facilitation of one-day meetings, weekend retreats, multi-year change processes or key negotiations, we help clients help themselves. And in some cases we train our clients in some of the same skills that make us successful. We also provide coaching.

Our facilitation approach enables each client to gain focus, clarify purpose, renew hope, discover the wisest ideas and courses of action and transform their great ideas into action and results. It also enables us, as facilitators to enjoy our work. We love our jobs!

• Have a proven aptitude for group process design and facilitation

• Have a thirst for learning and a hunger for continuous improvement; as a current or potential facilitator, you are on a continuous journey to master your craft
• Want to be part of a great organization; you believe that a consulting practice should be a role model for what it helps clients become. You have the opportunity to join our firm as an independent contractor.

We will train, certify and authorize you to practise with us under the Progress Consulting™ name and reputation and to apply and enjoy the InTheZone™ Advantage in all of your work.

We will teach you the skills that have created our success. We will also ask you to enrich your skills by obtaining external training from the organizations that invented the methods we use.

We will share revenues, offer each other support and opportunities for growth and build an organization that will be a role model for our clients and for any consulting practice.
